2. Payments submitted to the website do not constitute an offer to purchase but mainly a means of settlement of nursery fees or other nursery events. Therefore a refund of those payments is not applicable and a refund policy is not required in our Website.

2. The Website is currently intended for those who access it from within the UK. Because of this we cannot guarantee that the Website or the information thereon complies with or is appropriate for use in other places.
